FEES, PAYMENT TERMS & CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY

ADR Hub provides transparent, structured pricing for employee relations advisory and mediation services.

WORKPLACE MEDIATION (CORE SERVICE)

Workplace mediation fees below apply to two-party mediation only (i.e. one dispute involving two participants).
Standard Fees (2-Party Mediation):
Half-day workplace mediation: £650 – £795
Full-day workplace mediation: £950 – £1,250
Additional time (if required): £150 per hour
Follow-up coaching (optional): £125 per session
Multi-Party or Team Mediation:
Where mediation involves more than two participants, additional fees apply per additional party, reflecting increased preparation, facilitation time, and complexity.
Additional party fee: Quoted per participant following consultation
(Team mediations and complex organisational disputes are scoped and priced individually.)

COMMERCIAL MEDIATION

Commercial mediation is charged per application and reflects the value, complexity, and preparation involved.
Indicative Fees:
Half-day commercial mediation: £1,000 – £1,500
Full-day commercial mediation: £1,800 – £2,500
Additional hours: £200 – £300 per hour
Fees typically include:
Pre-mediation preparation
Review of position statements
Mediation session
Drafting of settlement agreement (where settlement is reached)
Fees are usually shared equally between the parties unless agreed otherwise.

Structured ER Consultation (60–90 Minutes)

Personal injury mediation involves sensitive, high-impact disputes and is charged per mediation.
Fees: £395

A confidential, independent consultation providing:

  • Procedural risk assessment
  • Scope clarification
  • Governance guidance aligned with ACAS principles
  • Clear recommended next steps

This consultation is suitable for organisations seeking clarity before progressing a grievance, disciplinary or performance matter.

Structured ER Advisory Packages

Further advisory support is provided on a per-service basis depending on scope and complexity.

Structured ER advisory packages start from £1,795.

Fees vary depending on:

  • Case complexity
  • Volume of documentation
  • Required advisory input
  • Duration of engagement

A clear fee proposal will be provided following initial consultation.

COACHING & TRAINING (ONLINE)

ADR Hub International provides online coaching and training for individuals, leaders, and organisations.
Indicative Fees:
1:1 conflict or executive coaching: £150– £175 per session
Corporate training (online): Fees provided on request
Bespoke programmes: Quoted following consultation

TRAVEL COSTS (IF APPLICABLE)

Where in-person mediation or meetings are required, travel is charged as follows:
£70 per hour for travel time, plus
Fuel costs or other reasonable travel expenses (e.g. train, parking, accommodation if required)
Travel costs are confirmed in advance wherever possible.

PAYMENT TERMS

Invoices are issued upon confirmation of booking
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
A booking is confirmed only once payment or a Purchase Order is received

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following terms:
Cancellation within 0–7 days of the mediation date:
100% of the agreed fee applies
Cancellation within 7–14 days of the mediation date:
50% of the agreed fee applies
Cancellation more than 14 days before the mediation date:
No charge applies (full refund if payment has already been made)

RESCHEDULING POLICY

Rescheduling requests must be made in writing and are subject to the following:
Rescheduling more than 14 days before the mediation date:
No rescheduling fee applies
Rescheduling within 7–14 days of the mediation date:
A £150 rescheduling fee applies
The full mediation fee applies to the rescheduled date
Rescheduling within 0–7 days of the mediation date:
50% of the agreed mediation fee applies, plus
The full mediation fee for the rescheduled date, plus
A £150 rescheduling fee

NON-ATTENDANCE

Failure to attend a confirmed mediation without notice will result in the full mediation fee being payable.

MEDIATOR CANCELLATION

In the unlikely event ADR Hub International must cancel, clients will be offered either:
A full refund, or
A rescheduled mediation at no additional cost
